Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient.

As such, for Physiotherapy we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of full price to the card on file.

For RMT the cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur 50% of total treatment cost. Less than 24 hours cancellation will incur 100% of total treatment cost.

Diane’s caseload is full and she is not accepting New Patients at this time Please see Roxenda for Initial Visits or email hello@elevate-womenshealth.com

Diane is a Registered Physiotherapist and founder of Elevate Pilates & Physio in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. She sees a mixture of sport & orthopaedic patient’s as well as Clinical Pilates & Pelvic health patients. As a multi-sport athlete growing up and now a distance runner she understands how important sport and activity is in our overall health, both psychologically and physically and wants to help everyone stay active and injury free.

She loves working with prenatal and postpartum clients to support them through pregnancy and as they return to sport postpartum.

Diane saw that when patient’s were out of the “acute injury” phase they often would go back to their sports, daily lives, habits and have a hard time keeping up with their injury prevention exercises because let’s face it, they’re often really boring. Unfortunately this means patients would often come back with similar injuries months or years down the road. She wanted to create a home based program for people to do in adjunction with their preferred sports, or daily routines.

Diane has a Kinesiology and Masters of Physiotherapy Degree from UBC, and has completed additional training in STOTT Pilates, IMS/ FDN, Herman & Wallace, and is PHS Pelvic Health Continuing Education instructor.
